1. Promo Code Issue:
The message "not applicable for products in the cart" usually means:
The promo code is limited to specific models or configurations.
It may exclude sale or clearance items.
The code may have expired or region restrictions (some could apply to a country other than the US, etc.).
Suggestions:
Double-check the terms and conditions of the promo code.
Try removing any customizations or discounted items from your cart and reapplying the code.
If the issue persists, contact HP Store Support directly for help:
2. Can't Change the Board to "Gaming PC":
This could be a temporary site glitch or a browser issue.
Try this:
Clear your browser’s cache or try using a different browser (e.g., switch from Chrome to MS Edge or Firefox).
Make sure you're logged in to the HP Support Community.
