Im having problems where my Hp gaming pavilion tune on and everything fans work but it won’t boot up properly and won’t show anything on my screen I have the Hp care package what do I do ?

I understand that you are getting no boot issues on the computer, I am glad to assist you.

Please attempt the below steps to fix the issue: 

Perform a hard reset 

Attempt a BIOS recovery  

Run the System Diagnostics tests
