My pc is forcing some weird AI audio noise filtering, and no matter what i do i cannot seem to get rid of it, if i monitor my audio devices via windows itself or use software that utilizes my audio interfaces ASIO like a DAW the audio sounds perfect, but if i monitor it through a website, a game, or any app like discord the audio suddenly has a very obvious AI noise filter on it, and its so bad that it will genuinely cut out my entire voice at times thinking its background noise or music, and if i play music through it via just my phone next to the microphone or even through an app like voicemeeter it tries to cut out the music almost entirely, sometimes it will even freak out and start doing this thing where it sounds like its repeatedly stacking the noise filter and only letting through a single noise and then it starts making high pitched screeching until i disable the audio device and reenable it, this happens with my USB audio interface, audio devices plugged into the standard jack at the front, and with virtual audio devices, as long as its a microphone device it happens, i cannot seem to get rid of it, i have disabled all windows 11 AI features, all of the audio enhancements in both the pop out window for advanced audio control and the settings page for each individual audio device, i've reinstalled and updated literally every audio driver on my system, i've even tried rolling back to older drivers, i've disabled all of the realtek drivers in device manager, i've disabled the voice clarity APO in device manager, i've checked to see if theres any possible app or software causing this, and i literally cannot find anything at all, so im starting to assume it might be some weird baked in HP feature, as i know several other people who have had the same issue but have not found a fix, and they also have HP devices on windows 11 from around the same year as mine. another weird thing is that when the noise filter gets really bad i can temporarily fix it by turning up my microphone gain to the max and screaming into the microphone for 6 to 12 seconds and then lowering the gain back to normal and it will suddenly let like 4 words get through before slowly building up and filtering out my voice. So im really wondering if anybody here knows why this exists, and if there is a way to get rid of it
