È normale con con un pc del genere mi vada solo a 100 fps su Fortnite con grafica bassa/media????? Devo cambiare qualche pezzo o cosa?

Is normal that my omen pc is very very very slow at the turning on process??? When I turn it on and I try to launch an app, the process employees like 10 min to lauch it. I m worried about it. I have installed like only games and in 2T of memory only 200GB have been used since now. Pls help. 

P.S. I brought this pc at the end of August.

Im having trouble understanding. What i gather is games are loading very slow. I suspect a bad hdd but i cant be sure. Are you games isntalled on the boot drive meaning the c drive ?
