GPU/CPU Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my CPU from an i5-8400 to an i7-8700 and my GPU from a 1660 SUPER to a normal 4060. My other specs are a 500W power supply, 2 x DDR4 HyperX 8GB of Ram, and the HP Edoras motherboard. I have checked, and my motherboard is compatible with the CPU, and I am pretty sure it is compatible with the GPU. I was just wondering if I might have a bottleneck, as some people say there is none while the Bottleneck Calculator I used says there will be a huge one. Does anyone know if I will have a bottleneck?

Your gaming config would be excellent: an i7-8700 would pair just fine with an RTX 4060 also given your 500-watt power supply. Your gaming PC is highly upgradeable, if only because your Edoras motherboard (SSID: 84FD) is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, which means if you ever wanted to venture beyond an RTX 4060, you could also upgrade your power supply.
