The fan on my 3070 GPU keeps clicking on something and I don’t know why. Have looked up multiple ways I could fix it and none worked or were even worth trying. It doesn’t seem like anything is touching it and keep wiggling it around just annoying to hear.

Hi

The fans are interacting with the heatsink. Then you have the GPU shroud and fan cable.

Manually spin the fans a couple of times when the PC is off and disconnected from AC power.

Check the cabling to see if the fan is hitting the cable.

Sounds like you have a misaligned fan or the fan bearings may be failing. It really sounds as if the fan is hitting something when spinning.

I have had this happen. Spinning the fans has corrected the problem.
