Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this desktop for 2 weeks and everything has been running fine up until today, there has been no updates or anything to the PC however the GPU is overheating at 81 degrees when playing on Dota 2 which then causes the PC to crash. The GPU should not be running at this heat on such a game as Dota 2 never mind causing it to crash. Can anyone provide any advice?

@Natsplat , welcome to the forum.

I agree that your GPU should not be getting that hot.  I suggest that you update the driver.  You can use the latest driver from nVidia's website.

If the new driver doesn't solve your problem, you should contact HP Customer Support.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
