OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000i (1S3R9AV)

GPU hotspot over 100 degrees, see screenshot. Also i have some damp on motherboard. I removed dust but it didnt do anything. I dont know what the damp is on my motherboard. + I saw some cables that were not connected, on the cables I saw the following: P6, P5, and one cable hdd. I have a i711700k + rtx 3080, I have a lot less FPS on some games compared to others that have worse specs, it could be a bottleneck but these temperatures could also be the issue. Thanks for your help already.  CPUCPUgpu hotspot max 101.8Cgpu hotspot max 101.8Cdamp on motherboarddamp on motherboard
