I am having an issue with my GPU RTX 3080. During gaming when the temperature reaches around 70 degrees, gpu fan runs at 100% all the time. Graphics card is also reducing its clock speed which means that performance is also reduced. Please if anyone knows what is the problem kindly give me solution. Thanks in advance.

Could you post your full specifications below?
It seems your system is having problems getting the air out/getting cool air in, intel systems run pretty hot.
If you are suffering from performance issues (slow fps) or just looking to get the maximum performance, you might want to consider a case swap/buying additional fans (but there are not much places for air to enter the case).
