Your OMEN by HP 880-058 Desktop PC (Z5P63AA) has a standard 300 watt power supply which is not powerful enough to support an AMD Radeon RX 6750XT 12GB which requires a minimum 650 watt power supply as per: https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=3249a22ce6802d224f6eb84d4eeaf59272ac6f18a1badd6e5b34a191c66ce18aJmltd....

However, there is good news!  Assuming an AMD Radeon RX 6750-XT 12 GB would actually fit inside your case, since your Higos motherboard (see: OMEN by HP 880-058 Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support) has a standard ATX 24-pin power connector, you can swap out your existing PSU for a 650+ watt ATX power supply, such as the Corsair CX650M or equivalent (see this PSU upgrade link: Solved: Want to upgrade my 870-244 gpu, cpu, psu - HP Support Community - 6963880. There's a picture showing one of the users having swapped the HP ATX 500 watt power supply with the aforementioned power supply.  Other ATX power supply wattage options are also available, as long as they physically fit inside your case.
