HP Omen Obelisk
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have only had the PC for about 2 weeks and yesterday the games started crashing. I meet the requirements of the games. All system updates and drivers have been installed. All other programs seem to operate just fine, its just the games that will not. I have tried many trouble shooting steps like uninstalling and reinstalling updates and respected drivers. resetting graphics driver. I attempted to reset the PC but unable to do so. Any assistant would be greatly appreciated.

And some games used ..
Games plants, ok, but more exactly, under what circumstances, what exactly happens the pc remains blocked, back to the office, after how long etc

where do the device drivers come from?

A bios update is not without risk!
Be aware that if you are offered to do so, it will be at your own risk, the computer may become unusable, think about it
