HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2170m CTO

Hi, I purchased a brand new HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop and received it end of April. It worked for a month before it would not load. I sent it in for repairs at the beginning of June. I get a message every day from HP saying they are trying to expedite the repairs. Why can't they send me a new computer? I purchased this for work as I am an independent contractor. This delay is affecting my work quality. Please help!

HP will first try to repair the computer. A replacement or new computer will not be provided. I can not tell you how long such a repair will take. It depends in which service center it is repaired and how many service works are processed there.

Try to get a replacement computer yourself. Borrow one from a friend. Try to contact an HP service manager to explain the economic situation, that you urgently need a working computer.
