Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Its happened once a few months ago, but recently start again after a software update. Its 2 long and 2 short beeps. I updated and shutdown, and turned the computer on, nothing, turned it off, the same beep code again. I've never heard of them happening when a computer is shut down, only when they're booted up. Although it might have something to do with the system update, since thats what caused it last time (with the same beep code). All help is appreciated, thanks.
