(1) Did HP Cloud Recovery installed Windows 10 or 11 ?

(2) Do you have valid <HP warranty> ?

Yes i have the hp warranty,but there are no  hp service center in Pakistan,,,it cost me lot if i send this laptop to usa for warranty claim

If it still fails ..

 

Last chance:

- Replace RAM and SSD/hard drive

- Reinstall Windows operating system

- Test

 sometimes it fails but again i ran the test it passed...but i checked the ram with other pc the rams are okay...and ssd is also working fine...

The ram works fine with other pc,no problem with the ram
