NEED HELP

Hello,i bought the new hp victius ci5 12th gen,8 gb ram,gtx1650 but with the firstday i am getting bsod,freezes,crashes with a crackling sound and sometimes capslock blinks with no display,,,i did everything with the the software but it didn't work so i decided to do hardware test the hardware test also passed...i know these all signs are of a faulty ram so i replaced the ram but again same problems,so it means the ram is okay then i extended the ram now its 16 gb,this time it worked,no bsod, freezes for two day but now again same problems ...please help me
