I was wanting to know, if i change the gpu that comes with my pc to a better gpu like gt 1030 can i do so without having to upgrade my power supply unit ?

You could, but the HP part will be very pricey. You would do just as good to go with a good name brand PSU thats much less expensive. Currently, there is only a 180W PSU available for your series from HP.

No, you would have to upgrade the power supply to at least 300W. Currently you only have 180W uATX.

I do have one more question does hp sell a 300 watt psu ? 

Id rather stick with the manufacturer psu then these other brands
