Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Communty Forum!
No, in order to power an RTX 2060 or an RTX 2060 Super, you'll need a 500-watt power supply for your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1000a (2W847AV), which, as you probably know, has p/n: L05757-800.
A 310-watt power supply is insufficient to power the aforementioned graphics cards.
Hope this was helpful.
