OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC (5MG70AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My graphic card fan has stopped spinning on its own when it reaches a certain temperature like 60 C and it just stops spinning and overheats to 90 C. I can spin the fan on my own and it will startup again but then stop after 15 seconds. My gpu is a Geforce GTX 1660 by HP. This isn't a power issue because I have a 500 watt power supply and I tested my brothers gpu in my pc (we have the same exact pc with the same components) and his gpu worked in mine when I tested it in MSI Kombustor and his fans kept spinning. So it has to be my gpu that isn't working and not the other hardware. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this or if I have to buy a new one please tell me.
