I haven't used my computer is awhile Windows 10. I booted it up today and wasn't wanting to open any apps or games. Took them for ever to load. Edge opens instantly and websites open instantly and some games open instantly but they lag very bad. I tried updating windows and updating all my drivers, restarted and same issue. Is this a graphic card issue or anyone know why games and apps are running weird.

Hi
Please provide a specific product number. It is good to know what you have. It is possible your PC's: CPU, memory, or storage device configuration is limiting performance.
You're probably getting a lot of Windows updates. This process eats up CPU cycles, uses a lot of memory, and may cause high disk utilization until all updates have completed.
Enable and run "Storage Sense" located in Settings, System, Storage.
