Hey,

 

I was wondering that can I change the graphic card from that computer to gtx 1650 super. Computer has 310 watt power supply in it with the 6 pin cable coming of from it. I do not really want to switch other pieces from the computer because im tight on money.

Sadly you would need the 400W PSU per HP's specifications. See this spreadsheet.

So, would i need some hp power supply on that when its hp prebuilt or could I go for other brand power supply if I wanted to do the upgrade? Thank you for response!

You would need to get the HP custom PSU that is intended for this specific compute/case.
