I have a hp elitedesk 800 g3 small factor which have amd r7 450 graphics. Can anyone help me find  the best graphics driver for this R7 450

But the driver isn't installing. when the cmd opens nothing is happening and it is closing automatically

Try running the AMD driver autodetect and install tool:

 

Upper left side of the page.

 

Drivers and Support for Processors and Graphics
