SINCE ABOUT AUGUST 27 MY VICTUS HAS AUDIO STUDDERING  AND ( HP ) HAS REFUSED ME HELP AT EVERY LEVEL . KNOWING I AM DISABLED . NOT ABLE TO GET AROUND JUST LIKE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE ..   I CAN NOT JUST GET UP AND WALK OUT THE DOOR  OR DISCONNECT THE DESCKTOP AND SHIP  (  NOT THAT THEY HAVE OFFERED BECAUSE THE FACT IT THEY HAVE NOT )

I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED   GOTTEN ON CHAT WITH THEM AND I ALWAYS GET NOTHING BUT BROKEN EMPTY PROMISES !

 

I AM RIGHT NOW BEYOND UPSET  BEYOND PLAYING GAMES WITH THEM  THEY HAVE HAD OVER A MONTH TO HELP  ...  I HAVE ASKED FOR A REPAIR PLACE SO I CAN TRY AND FIND SOMONE TO HELP ME GET THIS TAKEN TO A REPAIR PLACE   BUT !!!  THEY REFUSE TO EVEN GIVE ME THAT !! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO OTHER THEN  REPORT THIS TO THE ( ADA )
