I would like to upgrade this PC to an intel i7 4790 processor and a GeForce 1650 Sc graphics board. I already have 16gb DDR3 ram. Are either of these possible? If not, what is the best compatible processor and graphics card that I can use with this board. Thanks

Welcome to out HP User Forum!
Based on: HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, (Memphis-S) | HP® Customer Support, Hewlett-Packard 2AF7 Specs (findlaptopdriver.com) and: CPU-Upgrade: Intel Core i7-4770 CPU, an i7-4790 processor should be compatible (same TDP, etc.) and yes, this motherboard supports up to 16GB (2 x 8GB) of DDR3 / DDR3L PC3-12800 / PC3L-12800, 1600 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered 240-pin RAM.
Hope this was helpful.

And with regards to the GeForce GTX 1650 SC graphics card is concerned, as long as you have a 300 watt power supply, you are A-OK: EVGA - Product Specs - EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 SC ULTRA GAMING, 04G-P4-1057-KR, 4GB GDDR5, Dual Fan, M....
