Microsoft Windows 11

Hey so I believe my HP all in one isn't using my RTX, instead my default integrated graphics card, here's why.
1. In task manager, my integrated card takes most of the FPS.

2. When looking for display info or whatever in settings, it shows my default graphics card.

3. In NVIDIA control panel, when I go to select a PHSYX processor, it does show my nvidia card, however it shows that my display is linked to my integrated graphics card.
And yes I have put my pc to highperformance (RTX 2080) same for the nvidia app, please help, either i'm just overlooking it or yea

Greetings @Whoaaahhh__

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Download and run FurMark.

FurMark should ID the active GPU.

I have never seen a situation where a discrete graphic card does not take precedence over integrated graphics.

I would not know how to correct an exception to this behavior. The MB should defer to the discrete graphics card.

Some Laptops can run in hybrid mode. The discrete GPU kicks in when gaming or when other intensive GPU tasks are active. Maybe your AIO PC is doing this?

Contact HP if your PC is in warranty.

Regards
