HP Audio Switch doesn't working

HP Recommended
OMEN by HP Desktop PC 880-p1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I click on the HP Audio Switch icon, a window is displayed at the bottom right, but when I click on the “Sound Control Settings” button, nothing happens.

Then I don't know why its happening. All I can suggest is that you try uninstalling the application, then reinstall it from the link above. Then go to Windows Updates and click on the Check for Updates button and force windows to update, even if it shows its up to date. Then reboot the PC and try it again.
