Product: HP Stream Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

HI I AM A GAMER I LIKE TO PLAY THEM FOR FUN I PERCHASED THIS LAPTOP TO HELP ME PLAY BETTER GAMES I GOT THIS LAPTOP SO I Can play games like 

 

GTA/SIMS 4/AND MORE 

BUT MY PROBLES STARTED WHEN I WENT ON TO STEAMS I BOUHT THE GAMES I LIKE  BUT I HAD TO INSTALL STEAM INTO THE LAPTOP FIRST ONCE I DID THAT I OPEND THE STEAMS FOLDER AND I TRIEAD TO INSTALL THE GAME  HAD JUST BOUGHT SIMS 4 WHEN I WENT TO INSTALL IT EVERY THING WAS RUNNING SMOOTHLY UNTILL IT STARTED IT'S LAST STEP IT TOOK AN HOUR SO I JUST WAITED THEN WHEN IT WAS DONE I WENT TO OPEN THE FOLDER FOR THE GAME BUT WHEN I TRIED TO OPEN IT IT SAID IT NEEDED TO SET  UP SOME MORE THAT  TOOK ABOUT 45 MINETS WHEN IT WAS DONE I TRIED TO OPEN THE SO I CAN PLAY IT BUT IT SAYS NOT ABLE  TO LOADE I REDID THIS AGINA BUT THIS TIME WWITH THE OTHER GAME GTA BUT THIS TIME I WENT FASTER BUT WHEN I WENT TO OPEN IT SAYS NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THIE PROGRAM.

 

SO THERE IS MY PROBLEM 

SORRY IF IT IS TO LONG OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT 

I'M A TEEN I DON'T UNDERSTEND THIS STUFF ALL THAT WELL AND I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE PERSON TO READ THIS THAT CAN HELP ME WITH THS PROBLEM CAN UNDERSTAND

What is your HP Stream Laptop  ? Normally Stream machines ONLY has a tiny eMMC for storage. You can't download anything. You have to use SD card or external HDD.
