Hello!
So, about 1.5 year ago I upgraded my RAM from 2x8 GB to 4x8 GB, I bought the exact same brand and speed as the ones preinstalled. [content removed]
I talked to the support prior to buying and discussed if any issues would arise with the ramspeed - they said no, so I went ahead and bought them.
After upgrading I had no issues at all, they stuck to 3200 MHz without any modifications at all. But now, after formatting my PC, I'm stuck to 2400 MHz. So I tried going into BIOS, checking "advanced tab" and memory -> I don't have any "XMP"-profile option for my memory. Why not?
I also remember this option existed in HP Omen Gaming Hub, so I went ahead and installed that one - now it seems to have dissapeared. So then I downloaded and older version where it actually exists as a memory tab. I checked the "Turbo 3200 MT/s", restarted my PC -> still 2400 MHz.
What more can I do? Do I need to upgrade motherboard or what to actually achieve full speeds for my RAM?

Hi @MrRamSpeed
This is a possible problem that may occur when the BIOS does not support XMP.
I would uninstall the older version of Gaming Hub. Remove the new RAM sticks. Remove the CR2032 MB battery for a while. Keep the factory RAM as originally installed.
Reinstall the MB battery. Start the PC. Install the older version of Gaming Hub. Try to set 3200 again. You should be able to get 3200 on the new sticks if you get 3200 using the factory RAM.
I have nothing else if this does not fix the problem.
