I received the repaired product on December 7, 2024. HP informed me that the problem was due to the motherboard and replaced it.
The same problem, Kernel Power 41 (63) happened twice this week (1/9 and 12). I'm frustrated and tired of going back with support and having to send the PC for repair again. The support staff assured me that they would fix the issue the first time, but here we are.
I'd love to return this product since it is within warranty if it is even possible. I rather buy another pre-built PC. This product gave me more headache than pleasure. I spent over $2000 for a reliable, pre-built PC and I received a faulty one. I'm extremely disappointed with HP as a company.
I have a reddit post about this and update on it as well.

Greetings @mattb419
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The error you are having is intermittent. Intermittent error resolution is hit and miss since the error may appear to be fixed when cursorily testing PC stability after the new component is installed.
The HP Tech would have to rigorously test the PC using the new component before concluding the replacement component has fixed the problem.
A Kernel Power Failure can be caused by any component connected to the MB including the MB.
This error can also be Windows based but since HP replaced the MB your PC would have a new and stable Windows image installed at the repair center.
A faulty power supply can cause this error.

Greetings @mattb419
Opinions or troubleshooting suggestions in this response are provided independently. I am not employed by: HP, Inc. or the HP Forum.
I understand your point of view. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a solution.
Maybe a Forum Moderator or a HP Forum Support Representative will chime in to provide additional assistance.
You'll have to talk to HP Support. A refund is probably a no go unless the PC is in the initial refund/exchange period.

Good evening,
my response to your suggestion was just a reply; nothing more or less. And, thank you for understanding my point of view, but replying to my post without any concrete solution does not help me or anyone else who may experience a similar problem and look at the post in the future. And regarding any possible refund, since you're not employed by HP, Inc, I believe that your opinion is unhelpful and even unnecessary.
Best,
Mattb419
