Welcome to our HP Community forum!
I imagine that your RTX 4070 Super (220-watt TDP) is a smaller-sized (dual fan) model.
Meaning, whatever RTX 50xx you plan to install, see if you can purchase a smaller-sized (dual fan) model, and please ascertain that the card's dimensions (LxWxH) -especially length, are a fit in your case.
The RTX 5070, with a 250-watt TDP requires at least a 600-watt power supply.
The RTX 5080, with a 360-watt TDP, requires at least a 750-watt power supply.
Point is, I would recommend upgrading your power supply as well when you upgrade to an RTX 5070/80 graphics card.
Kind Regards,
