Good morning,
I bought the HP Omen 25i monitor to connect, as an external monitor, to my Laptop. I noticed that both after stand by and randomly, the monitor seems to switch off and on again. Connecting another monitor I didn't have this problem. I also changed 3 HDMI 2.0 cables but things haven't changed. I have checked the connectors of the cables and the power supply, the PC is equipped with Windows 11. Is it possible that there are incompatibilities? Advice?

I see that you are facing monitor automatically restarts-related issues on your OMEN 25i Gaming FHD Monitor. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Hello,
my problem is present immediately. I bought this monitor to enhance the capabilities of my Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0047nl. If I connect a different monitor I have no problems. If I connect the monitor to a different PC I have no problems. Together, however, I continue to have problems. I changed 5 HDMI cables, I also changed the frequencies of the monitor and video card, but the problem persists. I have updated the monitor and PC firmware and all the drivers and SW. I honestly don't understand what the problem is.

I bought the PC 3 months ago but since I have vision problems, I decided to buy a monitor compatible with OMEN HUB and I chose this model. I was hoping, when buying HP products, that I would not have any problems. I did several tests, I changed several cables but unfortunately the PC does not have a displayport output to check if the problem is also present that cable.
