HP Omen 30L upgradeability

My HP Omen 30L desktop is from 2020. It comes with GeForce RTX 2060 Super, OMN Moria3 B450 30L PREM US PC as motherboard, Cooler Master 500 W Smart AC power adapter, and the AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700X W/RGB Air Cooling.

Now that the gaming computer world is already many generations ahead, I wonder if it's possible to upgrade at least one of the following without replacing the motherboard and the power adapter:

1. GPU to the RTX 4060 Super

2. HDD to a  2TB SSD 

3. CPU to the latest Ryzen 7

Because if I need to replace the motherboard than it almost seems easier to just replace with a new PC?

Your OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0280z as fitted with a Moria3 motherboard (SSID: 86D3), can be upgraded up to a Ryzen 9 3900 (3.10 GHz up to 4.30 GHz, 12-Cores, 24-Threads).  You can purchase this CPU for under a $100 via this trusted eBay Seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/226314238784?_nkw=Ryzen+9+3900&itmmeta=01J6D8XKER9AY760FWMT6KZ20D&hash=item....

A Ryzen 9 3900 provides a nice performance increase over a Ryzen 7 3700X: Ryzen 7 3700X vs Ryzen 9 3900 [14-Benchmark Showdown] (technical.city).

Looking online, I have found no HP System OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0xxx Users with a newer Ryzen 7 processor, such as here.

There are as of today (August 28th) no RTX 4060 Supers offered for sale.  Yet.

With your 500-watt power supply, you could power a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 Ti powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this model. 

An RTX 4060 Ti would offer a significant graphics card performance increase over your RTX 2060: UserBenchmark: Nvidia RTX 2060 vs 4060-Ti.

You could upgrade your ATX power supply, say to a 650-watt unit, and then power an RTX 4070 Super, such as this model.

Yes, you can upgrade your HDD to a 2TB SSD. If you haven't done so already, your Moria3 motherboard has one M.2 NVMe SSD slot, which you should use as your primary (boot) drive for speed and performance.
