I cannot launch as remote desktop from my iPad or iPhone using the OMEN Gaming Hub app. It says, "Remote Play cannot connect to the server on this network. Please switch your network and try again." I was previously able to use the app and it would connect find. I am using a 5 GHz network and the same network on both my HP Omen and iPad. I'm not using a VPN and my proxy server says "off." Any ideas? Thank you.

Apparently it's been broken for a while, or it broke before. You might have been on a different version that was working until you updated.

It seems to be out of your control at least.
