Dear Omen team.
I´m very pleased with my new Omen PC and the Omen Command center. I also bought the Photon mouse, Mindframe headset, Sequencer keyboard, Outpost mousepad and the omen 27 gaming monitor. I went All In with HP Omen. But sadly it seems that the Omen Command Center is using up my Network/download speed, and it´s affecting my ability to play with low ping. PLS help me! Every time I uninstall Omen Command center, the download speed goes up again?
Regards

Wow that's impressive. 😁
Really odd about the download speed. If you open the Game Hub as its now called, go to your model and click on Network Booster. Make sure its turned Off.
BTW its really helpful to give the full model or product number when asking for help. So we can offer the correct info.Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H/HP Help and Support/HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The 7 digit Product Number will be listed in both those places.
Make sure the Hub is up to date. Should be versions 11.1.3.0
If not, uninstall the old version and the HP System Event utiltiy.
Reboot, then use this link to upgrade with.... Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
and this one... Get HP System Event Utility - Microsoft Store
also OMEN Command Center SDK Package sp111311.exe
Reboot again.
Check out the Network booster if your download speeds didnt change. See if anything is taking up resources. You can also open the Windows task manager, highlight the Network column, then see if any services are eating up network. Do the same for the CPU column also.
