Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently added a NZXT watercooler to my HP Omen Obelisk 25L. The motherboard only had 1 USB 2.0 Internal slot so I opted to buy the NZXT Internal USB Hub in order to have both RGB from the water cooler and the case RGB. Upon installing all the products, the lighting is stuck on static red for the case. I've tried playing around with Omen Lighting Studio but it doesn't seem to budge. The watercooler's RGB is working fine and I'm able to change the color orientation and different patterns using NZXT Cam. I just find it weird that the RGB is working, but I can't seem to change anything on it as it is just stuck on the red. Thanks in advance for your help and input!

Still having trouble with this so shameless bump. I also found the product name of the computer "Hp Omen Obelisk 875-0160".
