HP Omen Obelsik Interior Light Not Working.

After set up, the interior light never turned on, but the logo one in the front did. In the controls, it gives me the option to change the light just like the front one, but no light actually appears. I am wondering what I can do to fix this issue?

Hello @WavyEleni 

 

If its not turning on via the Omen Command Center, then check the wires inside the case leading to the lights and make sure they are connected.

If they are but no joy, it will be faster to take it back to Best Buy and have them look at it. You will probably have to get it exchanged. You can go through HP warranty, but it will take much longer to deal with.
