OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-1000i (6J775AV)

I cannot control the color of the DDR5 Kingston Fury RAM that came with my prebuilt. No matter what I try. I've updated bios, reinstalled Windows fresh, reinstalled drivers, including my CPU chipset drivers, I've tried SignalRGB, OpenRGB, Kingston CTRL, Omen Gaming Hub, and NONE of them have worked. Interestingly, when booting SignalRGB and Kingston CTRL, as the programs attempt to connect with the RAM, one of the sticks will freeze color in whatever position it was currently at, while the other will continue to cycle color. Despite this, still, I have found no way to control the color. This wouldn't be as big of a deal except the amount of trouble I am going through to get this to work is way too much. If anyone knows what can be done to fix or potentially help this, please let me know.

My motherboard is 8B1D if that is relevant.
