HP Pavilion 690-0067c Gaming Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pavilion 690-0067c Gaming Desktop is not loading windows. After HP start up screen the screen goes black then pixilates into many different colors on the screen then the system cycles through reboots ultimately ending in the windows recovery screen. I took this machine to the local computer repair shop they replaced the hard drive and reloaded windows. The machine worked briefly but after a shut down when rebooted the same cycle started again and is not able to load windows 10. The local repair shop does not seem to know what the issue is.

@Raewoo75 , welcome to the forum.

I guess I am skeptical of a failed hard drive in the first place.  They should have tested the video card or the power supply unit (PSU).  I would take it back to them and ask them to try one of their video cards to see if that solves the problem, since there is no integrated video in the computer.  If not, they should test the PSU.  They should not charge an additional fee for the test, since they didn't correct the problem originally.  If they won't do this for you, you should find a reputable computer shop.  They are not reputable.

Please let me know what they say.
