HP REVERB VIRTUAL REALITY HEADSET G2

the product worked properly for 10/15 days, then "Error: 4-1" appeared from the win reality portal. From device manager I get the error "unknow USB: SS inactive". But again, the headset worked fine for the first 10 to 15 days, then this error suddenly appeared. Can you please help me?
