Let me preface by saying I'm not very well versed with laptops in general.

 

Bluetooth connection consistently disconnects while using and idle and cannot reconnect to anything. After disconnecting, I'm unable to turn bluetooth on or off. The only solution I've found is to hard reboot (hold power button down until everything is off). 

I've tried downloading updated MediaTek Bluetooth Drivers that are recommended by the HP Support Page however, the problem still persists. I tried restarting to let it update as well but I am still having the same issue. 

As for settings, I've tried editing the power saving modes but I didn't find anything related to bluetooth as instructed by some online guides.
