Product: HP compaq elite 8300

Like the title says, I'm having problems with booting the system. Seems like it lost his BIOS completely.
I have tried taking off 3V battery, tried holding CMOS button for 30 seconds, holding power button for 20 seconds. Everything I could find online, nothing worked.
Hardware is fine, I tested everything.
Is there a way to install new BIOS from scratch, pls?
