@Seawolf707 , welcome to the forum.

The model that you list does not appear to be available in the US.  There should be two letters at the end of the model; na, np or ns.  Once I have this information, I will try to help you further.

You are welcome, @Seawolf707!  Thank you for the additional information.

There are only 4 major components in a computer: processor, memory, video card and power supply unit (PSU).  From the symptoms that you describe, I believe that you have a PSU problem.  It can cause these problems and many more that don't seem likely.  Test the PSU and let me know what happens.  You may want to check your warranty to see if it is still in affect.

Dear team please help! How can i test my power supply using software. Could my wireless keyboard and mouse cause the computer to hang and freeze?

@Seawolf707, here is a guide that should help you troubleshoot your PSU problem:  https://www.pctechbytes.com/hp/troubleshooting-an-hp-power-supply/

I don't believe the problem is your mouse or keyboard.
