Alright, I'm going to start from the beginning. The problems started to happen after I updated windows I did not make a save point as I've never had problems updating windows. After the update, I started getting an "NVDisplay.Container.exe" error, and it said something about memory and couldn't find a location, and now my computer was super slow it's not RAM I have 16GB, and when logging into Steam, it would just show a black screen until I went into Big screen mode. Thinking it was a driver issue, I went to Geforce Experience, and it would not let me use the app because it kept saying to restart my PC, and then I would be able to use it, but that never happened. I uninstalled Geforce Experience, and it made my computer much faster. I waited several days thinking there might be a new driver I installed the application again and I reverted all my progress I uninstalled it again, and a couple of days later I am getting upon booting my PC a "Hard Disk Drive error" I ran the Hard Drive Quick test and it tells me the Failure ID:GLQ20J-91QA5U-9XPGQK-60QU03 and my computer is back to being slow.

Hi:
The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means that you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Consult the service guide for your PC at the link below for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook, by making a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility.

I highly recommend backing up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive as soon as possible.
