Hard disk Error Hp Omen 880-191

Around 3 months ago whenever I would Start my computer I would get a hard disk error with the blue screen, i ran all the diagnostic options and everything passed, I kinda put it back cause I thought its not a big deal, last week it got so bad i couldn't boot into windows anymore, so i backed up everything and reinstalled windows with a USB drive, the problem was still there, so i figured my m.2 ssd needs to go , i purchased a 970 pro ssd and replaced it with the older one today , i cloned it so my windows would remain, i restarted my computer and the problem is still there with same exact error massage.  Hard disk failure 3f5. 

I have no idea what do to now, please help

PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
