I have an HP Victus 15L TG02 with an Erica8 motherboard. My BIOS is updated to F.30, but the AMD fTPM firmware is stuck on version 3.94.0.5. This version has a known AMD Attestation Failure (AMD Article PA-420) that blocks Call of Duty Ricochet anti-cheat. I need to request an internal or beta BIOS update that carries a fixed fTPM version like 3.94.2.5

HP has decided to not update the TG02-0xxxa firmware to the latest AMD AM4, TPM 2.0 (3.92.5.5) manufacturing version.

I'm a bit confused. The link you have provided in this thread, TG02-1020h, is an Intel H670 MB. This Intel MB would be a HP TG02-1000i MB

Your PC is still functional and can do a multitude of computing tasks.

Unfortunately playing COD requires a firmware update which HP is not going to do at this time.

HP would have to do a 180 degree reversal by providing the TPM 2.0 version update COD requires.

There is no workaround per AMD.

Yes, you would have to purchase a new gaming PC or build a new PC.

The HP TG02: MB, power supply, and case are proprietary. It is not possible to swap in a standard, retail uATX MB in a TG02 case.
