Hello, I have a question if the components of this computer will go to replace for example the graphics card since when I opened the case I saw that there is not much space. Do you think it would fit for example rtx 3090?

Greetings @Jirix
An Nvidia triple slot RTX 3090 graphics card @ 13.2 inches (length) will not fit in a HP 690 chassis. The 3090 width is also 5.5 inches.
You might be able to do a dual slot 9.5 inch to 10 inch card in your PC. Measure along the PCIe x16 slot to see what cards will fit.
I have not seen a small form factor 3090 card offered for sale.
It is not possible to install a retail power supply in your PC's chassis.
HP does offer a 500 watt power supply upgrade option, part number L05757-800. The HP 400 watt power supply part number is L04618-800.
The HP: 400 watt or 500 watt power supply purchase options should be available at eBay.
You can check 3090 specs at this Site.
Check this Site for some compatible graphics cards for your PC when using a HP 400 watt or 500 watt power supply.
The TG01 and TG02 case and power supply specs are similar to the 690 case and power supply specs.
