Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF is an older legacy desktop platform, and as such is limited in gaming suitability.
Also given the limited power supply (240-watt) which imposes upgrade/graphics card restrictions.
Nevertheless, if your SFF was my enthusiast upgrade project, say with a limited budget, I would suggest the following upgrades:
1.) Install an Intel Core2 Quad Q9650 (4-Cores, 4-Threads, 3.00 GHz), which you can affordably purchase via an eBay Seller: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=Intel+Core2+Quad+Q9650+&_sacat=0&_sop=15&LH_PrefLoc=1.... I would choose a Seller who allows for returns for peace of mind.
2.) Install 4 x 4GB of DDR3 PC3-10600, 1333 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 240-pin RAM sticks, such as this quality/affordable RAM-kit purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/Timetec-1333MHz-PC3-10600-Unbuffered-Computer/dp/B0BVGZBX85/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1....
3.) Install an RX 6400 low-profile model graphics card, such as this affordable Amazon purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Speedster-SWFT105-Graphics-RX-64XL4SFG2/dp/B09Y7358KJ/ref=sr_1_2?crid=28V....
4.) Install a solid-state drive (SSD) as your primary (boot) drive.
These are just suggestions -do your own research. If you implement these upgrades, your 240-watt power supply remains a concern: it will cut it close.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
