Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i (491A7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I'm experiencing a warning on my Windows system and need some assistance in resolving it. Below are the details from the Windows Event Logger:
- Log Name: System
- Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP
- Date: 10/05/2024 10:59:23
- Event ID: 219
- Task Category: (212)
- Level: Warning
- Computer: VICTUS
- Description: The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device with the following identifier: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_461D&SUBSYS_89B5103C&REV_05\3&11583659&2&20.
It appears that there might be an issue with the driver \Driver\WUDFRd not loading properly. Could you please provide guidance on how to address this warning? Any recommendations for troubleshooting steps or driver updates would be greatly appreciated.
