There is no file with the fd extension in the file for critical recovery of the bios during unzipping, what should I do? Is it already possible to go to the service or is there a solution?

Need product ID.

There are different ways to extract the ROM part of the bios.  Unfortunately, there are a few systems that the bios cannot easily be pulled out of.

I looked here and there are 3 bios possible: 8860, 8767 and 8653

I do not know which one is for your PC.  If your PC can boot into bios setup then you can look to see which ROM id your motherboard has.

I downloaded the 8860 and tried to extract the BIOS and my PC unexpectedly reset at the instant I ran the bios app.  This has never happened before when running a HP bios app.

You will have to consult an HP agent or take the PC in for service.

Sorry!
