My Name Is Meet Mistry , I complaint about Hinges Issue in my Laptop (HP Vectus 15), and engineer will come and check what is the issue in my laptop and my laptop is in  warranty and engineer say that your laptop is recover in 2-3 working days 

but It has been 2 weeks since this and no any response by HP team I think I had Big Mistake to Buy this laptop (if your service is very poor)

I see that there is an issue with the laptop hardware and has not been received yet from service.

The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to assist you further.
