Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to check for a BIOS update on my HP OMEN 30L GT13-1xxx, I'm not sure how to find the matching BIOS for my system.

Thank you for the additional information, @PaulZ620!  This is what I needed to get the exact Model: Omen 30L GT13-1094 (Product number: 399X9AA). 

 

Here is the Software and Drivers page for your computer.  Select the Operating System and Version that is installed in your computer.

 

The BIOS update that you need is for this motherboard "SSID: 8876" if one is available:

  • HP name: Hana
  • SSID: 8876

Please click the "Yes" button if my reply was helpful and "Accept as Solution" if your problem is Solved!!

What is the exact model of your computer?  I need this information to review the Product/Motherboard Specifications.

Thank you so so much for your help!

I follow the prompts they give for OS (Windows 11) and try both WIndows 11 versions offered

It always gives me an old BIOS - 

 

  • HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 8876)

  • F.13 Rev.A
  • 13.7 MB
  • May 5, 2022

I'm on F.18 released in 2023

I would think a company like hp would make this automatic

Which I did find the HP PC Hardware diagnostics app - but it says F.18 is latest, so maybe I'm on latest

@PaulZ620 , welcome to the Community.

 

I believe that you do have the latest BIOS.  HP only updates their BIOS'es when there is a major problem.  They have thousands of motherboards that need updates each year.  This is why there have been no updates since 2022.
